Refunds and Cancellation
Merchandise
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received and within 30 days of being received. Refunds will be made within one week of receiving merchandise by the same method of payment, with the exception of cash which will be refunded by check. Credit for returns may be applied to other merchandise.

Mexican Government Issued Permits
Fishing Licenses are prepaid by VDM to the Mexican Government. Once these permits have been typed, no refunds will be given. Duplicate copies of Fishing Licenses can be made but no corrections can be done. A second Fishing License may be issued, but the proper fees will need to be paid for these permits.
Insurance Policies — Changes, Refunds and Cancellations
Once the policy starts there are limitations to the changes we can make to the policy. Please contact the office by phone at 800-474-2252.

The insurance contract can only be cancelled by either the insured or insurance company.
No refunds on daily policies that have already been started. If the policy has not started your premium will be refunded minus 10% cancellation fee.
All annual policy refunds will be converted into a daily rate and the member will be charged for the used days plus 10% cancellation fee.
There will be no refunds on policies that have been in force for more than 30 days.
A request to cancel a policy for which a pending loss has been reported or a loss has been paid, the premium is fully earned and no refund will be granted!
All policies cancelled prior to the effective date will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
All policies cancelled after the effective date will be charged the used premium and a 10% cancellation fee.
To request a cancellation it must be done in writing and your member number and policy number must be included with a notarized latter stating that you have not entered Mexico with the said vehicle and are not planning on filing a claim on said vehicle.
Changes to this Policy
If we decide to change this Policy, we will post those changes on the website homepage and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
We reserve the right to modify this Statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes, we will notify you by E-mail or a notice on our homepage.
